"Fantastic Experience!"

I have just bought a 2010 C350 from your dealership and I felt compelled to send an email to you regarding the sales experience.
My sales associate that I had the pleasure of dealing with was Ryan Heikoop. I cannot say enough about his level of commitment to everything from getting the best possible deal to minor concerns I had with the vehicle to making sure the car was delivered on time and spotless despite a small timing window of opportunity. I picked up my vehicle late new years eve and Ryan was more than happy to stay late to ensure any and all my questions were answered. After picking up the car I had obvious trivial questions regarding the cars features, etc and thought I would email Ryan and expect a response sometime after new years day; Well I was shocked at the fact that he not only responded swiftly but did so new years eve night as well as new years day?. A level of customer service one does not see much of in this day and age. His knowledge and attention to detail is impeccable and I would happily buy another car from him in the future.
Ryan is a true asset to your dealership and management can rest assure that your brand is being represented in a high standard of excellence.
 
It has only been a couple of days however I am thoroughly enjoying my C350, thanks again.
